Information Providers Inc. is seeking a Senior Staff Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and build strong candidate pipelines across multiple functions.

You will source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through the process, ensuring a smooth experience and strong hires. You will leverage ATS and modern tools to improve efficiency, while maintaining human judgment and a high-quality candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-development skills.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Manage full recruiting lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and timelines.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates across multiple positions.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and networks.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles; leverage industry networks.
• Provide regular updates on pipelines, market conditions, and hiring challenges.
• Help develop standardized recruiting processes, templates, and best practices.
