Horizontal is seeking a competitive, high-energy recruiter in Minnesota who will source, recruit, and close top creative and digital talent, including UX/UI, marketing, content, PMs, and developers.

You’ll use automation and AI platforms to accelerate placements, manage multiple searches, own the full recruiting lifecycle, and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in recruiting not explicitly required but a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-output environment.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and close top creative and digital talent (UX/UI, marketing, content, PMs, developers, and more).
• Leverage automation and AI platforms to drive placements.
• Manage multiple searches and own the full recruiting lifecycle.
• Cold outreach, screening, interviewing, and candidate management.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and candidate relationships.
• Attend industry networking events and hit performance metrics.
