Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services in Irving, TX is seeking a Senior Recruiting Specialist - Corporate to manage the full lifecycle of professional, technical, and leadership hires across multiple functions. You will partner with managers and HR partners to develop recruiting strategies and build talent pipelines.

The role requires five years of experience, strong sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter, and expertise with SAP SuccessFactors for profiles, requisitions, and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of full lifecycle recruiting experience supporting corporate, professional, technical, or executive-level hiring.
• Experience recruiting across IT, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Procurement, Operations Support, or similar functions.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networking platforms.
• Experience managing confidential searches with a high degree of discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for corporate, technical, professional, and leadership positions across multiple business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers, senior leaders, and HR Business Partners to understand organizational needs, workforce planning, and long-term talent strategies.
• Conduct intake meetings and create structured interview guides and selection criteria that support consistent and effective hiring decisions.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional associations, industry networks, referrals, and other recruiting platforms to identify passive and active talent.
• Assist with highly confidential searches while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
• Manage candidate communications, interview scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and offer processes to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Partner with Compensation and HRIS to create new job profiles, position IDs (PIDs), organizational structures, and requisitions within SAP SuccessFactors for newly established positions.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for domestic new hires, including pre-employment requirements, onboarding documentation, equipment requests, and visa/work authorization processing for North America where applicable.
