Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services is seeking a Senior Recruiting Specialist - Corporate to manage the full lifecycle recruitment for professional, technical, and corporate roles across multiple functions. You will partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to align talent strategy with business needs, guiding intake, sourcing, interviewing, and offers.

The role requires a highly organized recruiter who can manage confidential searches, build pipelines, and coordinate onboarding across North America,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across IT, Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, Operations Support.
• Sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and networks.
• Managing confidential searches with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for corporate, technical, professional, and leadership positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand needs and workforce planning.
• Create structured interview guides and criteria for consistent hiring decisions.
• Source using LinkedIn Recruiter and networks to identify passive and active talent.
• Coordinate offers, onboarding, and candidate communications to ensure experience.
• Collaborate with Compensation and HRIS to create profiles, PIDs, and requisitions in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Support onboarding for domestic hires including visa/work authorization processing for North America.
• Assist enterprise recruiting initiatives and leadership development programs.
