Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services in Irving, TX is seeking a Senior Recruiting Specialist - Corporate to manage the full lifecycle of professional, technical, and leadership hires across multiple functions. You will partner with managers and HR partners to develop recruiting strategies and build talent pipelines.

The role requires five years of experience, strong sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter, and expertise with SAP SuccessFactors for profiles, requisitions, and onboarding.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of full lifecycle recruiting experience supporting corporate, professional, technical, or executive-level hiring.
  • Experience recruiting across IT, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Procurement, Operations Support, or similar functions.
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networking platforms.
  • Experience managing confidential searches with a high degree of discretion.

Job Summary

The Senior Recruiting Specialist - Corporate is responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruitment process for professional, technical, and corporate positions across multiple business functions. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager – Global Programs, this role serves as a strategic recruiting partner to hiring managers and senior business leaders, supporting both experienced hiring and the creation of new organizational capabilities.

This position requires a highly organized recruiter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is comfortable managing confidential and strategic searches while simultaneously supporting enterprise hiring initiatives. The successful candidate will develop recruiting strategies, build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, facilitate structured interview processes, oversee offer negotiations, coordinate onboarding activities, and partner with Compensation, HRIS, and HR Business Partners to establish new positions and organizational structures within SAP SuccessFactors.

  • Collaborate with IT, HR, Payroll, and business leaders to ensure new hires have the resources necessary for a successful start.
  • Support enterprise recruiting initiatives, leadership development programs, internship and graduate programs, succession planning efforts, and other strategic talent acquisition projects as assigned.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of full lifecycle recruiting experience supporting corporate, professional, technical, or executive‑level hiring.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple corporate disciplines including Information Technology, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Procurement, Operations Support, or similar functions.
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networking platforms.
  • Experience managing confidential searches with a high degree of discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience using SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
  • Experience creating job profiles, Position IDs (PIDs), organizational structures, and requisitions within SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Knowledge of compensation administration and offer development in partnership with Compensation teams.
  • Experience supporting employment‑based work authorization or visa processes within North America.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Advanced sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional associations, networking events, and talent mapping methodologies.
  • Experience supporting enterprise recruiting initiatives, graduate programs, internship programs, or strategic talent acquisition projects.
  • Ability to influence leaders and provide consultative recruiting guidance throughout the hiring process.
