Job summary

Brinker International is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Talent Selection to own the recruiting strategy for corporate opportunities at the Restaurant Support Center in Dallas, TX. You will manage full lifecycle recruiting, collaborate with HR partners and hiring managers, and build a strong candidate experience.

You will develop robust sourcing strategies, track KPIs with leadership, and drive diversity initiatives while leading the recruiting function and partnerships across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years recruiting experience, including 5+ years in corporate recruiting and 2+ years in management.
• Experience developing a diversity strategy to attract talent and strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own recruiting strategy for attracting diverse talent to corporate opportunities at the Restaurant Support Center.
• Perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintain relations with HRBPs, hiring managers, candidates, and community.
• Drive the RSC recruiting strategy, KPIs, metrics, and reporting.
• Create end-to-end candidate experience from posting to onboarding.
• Collaborate with client groups to build succession planning pipelines and passive candidate networks.
• Lead own search assignments while managing the recruiting function.
