Job summary

Lone Star Group is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles. You will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies across postings and social platforms.

Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing offers and onboarding. The role emphasizes building talent pipelines and contributing to the employer brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Minimum 5 years progressive Human Resources experience.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and develop strategies.
• Create and maintain job postings across platforms and social media.
• Source active and passive candidates via networks, boards, and outreach.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews.
• Manage ATS activities and candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate offers, background checks, and pre-employment steps.
• Build talent pipelines for future staffing needs.
• Attend job fairs and recruiting events.
• Promote employer brand and culture.
