WSP is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead full-cycle recruitment for our Water Solutions group, recruiting engineering, scientific, technical, and operational professionals nationwide. You will partner with business leaders and HR to understand needs and build proactive talent pipelines.

The role requires strong consultative skills, market intelligence, and the ability to source for highly specialized disciplines such as Drinking Water Engineering, Wastewater Engineering,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in engineering/technical domains.
• Experience recruiting for highly specialized technical disciplines.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on talent acquisition initiatives.
• Knowledge of recruiting compliance and candidate engagement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for professional, technical, and leadership positions within the Water Solutions business.
• Conduct discovery meetings with hiring managers to develop aligned recruiting strategies.
• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies via LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, referrals, and industry networks.
• Develop diverse candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Screen and assess candidates against technical qualifications and leadership competencies.
• Coordinate and facilitate interview processes with a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability and compensation trends and offer hiring recommendations.
• Collaborate on recruitment process improvements and workforce planning with HR.
