AMS is seeking a Senior Talent Sourcer – High-Volume Engineering & Field Recruitment to join our team in the United States. The role focuses on recruiting for energy sector field-based positions, including technicians and engineers, with a strong emphasis on passive talent and rigorous stakeholder collaboration.

Candidates will partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters, delivering high-quality shortlists and end-to-end recruitment while driving efficiency and strong candidate experiences

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting and sourcing across the energy sector, including field technicians, electricians, engineering professionals, and operations roles.
• Experience supporting recruitment for field-based environments, data centers, electrical energy, and power-related operations.
• Proven expertise in candidate pipeline development, market research, proactive sourcing, and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes.
• Strong understanding of specialized talent markets, including professionals responsible for equipment inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and field service.
• Experience recruiting for high-volume and specialized technical roles in competitive engineering and skilled-trades markets.
• End-to-end recruitment experience: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and stakeholder consultation.
• Strong ability to assess and evaluate recruitment expertise, with knowledge of sourcing strategies and competency-based interviewing.
• Highly developed relationship management skills with hiring managers, candidates, and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritizing effectively to meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Apply talent sourcing and high-volume recruitment to attract warehouse, material handling, and frontline operations talent.
• Manage multiple requisitions with pipelining, phone screens, and shortlists.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on workforce needs and hiring priorities.
• Contribute to meeting targets and reduce time-to-fill through planning.
• Drive improvements in recruitment efficiency and candidate attraction strategies.
• Partner with recruiters to deliver a great candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Develop sourcing strategies with talent intelligence to influence hiring outcomes.
• Advise client stakeholders with thoughtful recommendations on shortlisted candidates.
• Share candidate feedback and adapt recruitment strategy across locations.
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues and lead problem-solving discussions.
