Job summary

Revamp Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to grow a mission-driven team in the energy transition.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering and other roles, partnering with hiring managers to implement sourcing strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This role requires a proactive, data-driven approach, strong business acumen, and the ability to lead hard-to-fill requisitions at Specialist II or III level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting; Specialist III typically 5+.
• Experience sourcing for hard-to-fill roles using creative and data-driven strategies.
• Knowledge of Boolean search logic and sourcing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions with attention to detail.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in outreach and hiring.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies aligned with departmental goals.
• Manage requisitions across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Source passive candidates for highly specific roles using Boolean logic and sourcing tools.
• Screen candidates to evaluate qualifications and alignment with Revamp’s values.
• Track and report recruiting metrics and pipeline health.
• Support onboarding, including equipment shipments and 90-day reviews.
• Mentor junior recruiting staff at Specialist III level.
