WSP is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead full-cycle recruiting for our Water Solutions portfolio. You will partner with business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top engineering, environmental, and technical talent nationwide, delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You will drive sourcing strategies, advise managers, and build diverse pipelines across complex technical disciplines, contributing to workforce planning and employer branding efforts.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for professional, technical, and leadership roles.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and referrals.
• Develop diverse candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Screen and assess candidates against technical qualifications and leadership competencies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the selection process.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability and compensation trends.
• Consult on recruitment process improvements and hiring best practices.
