Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead full-cycle recruitment across its Water Solutions portfolio, partnering with business leaders to attract engineering, scientific, and technical talent nationwide.

You will design sourcing strategies, manage candidate experiences, and advise hiring managers through complex, multi-discipline searches while maintaining high standards of compliance and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting engineering, environmental consulting, infrastructure, architecture, construction, or technical professional services organizations.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for highly specialized technical disciplines.
• Strong sourcing expertise utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing methodologies.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers on strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
• Knowledge of recruiting compliance, employment practices, and candidate engagement methodologies.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent searches.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and talent acquisition technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for professional, technical, and leadership positions across the Water Solutions business.
• Conduct discovery and intake meetings with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, industry networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Develop diverse candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen and assess candidates against technical qualifications, leadership competencies, and organizational fit.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the selection process.
• Coordinate and facilitate interview processes while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Provide market intelligence including talent availability, compensation trends, competitive insights, and hiring recommendations.
• Consult on recruitment process improvements and hiring best practices.
• Partner with Human Resources on workforce planning, succession planning, and strategic hiring initiatives.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within WSP's recruiting systems.
• Support employer branding, talent marketing, and industry engagement efforts focused on Water Solutions talent.
