Placements24 partners with a rapidly growing recruitment consultancy in Welkom, Free State, to recruit a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role focuses on sourcing and attracting top candidates across multiple industries.

You will design sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, screen and interview applicants, and collaborate with hiring managers to align market insights with hiring needs, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a consultancy.
• Proven ability to source candidates for hard-to-fill roles across industries.
• Strong understanding of the South African recruitment landscape.
