Placements24 is a recruitment consultancy seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant focused on HR placements in Paarl, Western Cape. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source HR professionals, and build strong client relationships to meet HR talent needs.

You will interview candidates, assess HR capabilities, negotiate offers, and support onboarding while staying updated on HR trends. Remote work flexibility and performance-based commission are offered.

About the Role

Our client, a well-regarded recruitment consultancy located in Paarl, Western Cape , is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant with a focus on placing Human Resources professionals. You will play a vital role in connecting talented HR practitioners with organizations seeking to build and strengthen their people functions. This position involves end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, client management, and business development within the HR space. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process for Human Resources roles, from initial brief to successful placement.
• Source and attract qualified HR professionals through various channels, including networking and online platforms.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' HR expertise and suitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their HR department needs.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate a smooth onboarding process for placed candidates.
• Stay informed about HR industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a specialization in Human Resources recruitment.
• Solid understanding of various HR functions and job roles (e.g., HR Generalist, HR Manager, Recruitment Specialist).
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver recruitment solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field is an advantage.
