Placements24 is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant for a hybrid role in George, Western Cape. You will partner with businesses across sectors to understand staffing needs and deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions.

You will source, screen, interview, and manage offers, building strong relationships with clients and candidates while staying abreast of industry trends. Hybrid model with office and remote days is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Recruitment Consultant or in a similar sales/client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with both clients and candidates.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.
• Hybrid work model balancing office and remote workdays.
