Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruiter to join a fully remote team, supporting operations across the Free State region. You will lead the full recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level roles and partner with clients to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

You will manage complex recruitment projects, build strong client relationships, and leverage your expertise to identify and attract top-tier candidates. Key Responsibilities

• Proficiency with leading ATS platforms and recruitment technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple complex requisitions simultaneously in a remote environment.
• Deep understanding of the talent market within the Free State .
