Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition Recruiter to drive full lifecycle recruitment for Operations, Engineering and R&D across multiple sites.

The role requires proactive sourcing, building talent pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing capabilities, experience recruiting in technical environments, and a solid understanding of Workday or similar ATS platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; prior corporate recruiting experience required.
• Knowledge of the chemical, plastics, or semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Strong sourcing and hunting capabilities in high-volume or technical environments.
• Proven ability to partner with and influence hiring managers to drive aligned decisions.
• Demonstrates judgment balancing business urgency with quality of hire.
• Ability to anticipate hiring constraints and develop solutions proactively.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruiting for Operations, Engineering and R&D across multiple locations.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and competencies; source and engage passive candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and technical roles.
• Review applications, conduct screens, coordinate interviews, and move candidates through all hiring stages.
• Ensure data accuracy and process discipline within Workday and other recruiting tools.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers, HR partners, and TA leadership.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.
• Participate in TA projects focused on process improvements or scaling support for growth.
