Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; corporate recruiting experience required.
• Experience sourcing passive and active candidates in manufacturing.
• Experience recruiting exempt and non-exempt roles in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of chemical, plastics, or semiconductor industries is a plus.
• Ability to influence hiring managers and build strong partnerships.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms (Workday preferred) and modern sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruiting for Operations, Engineering, and R&D across multiple locations.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, timelines, and competencies.
• Source and engage passive candidates via job boards, networks, and databases.
• Build pipelines for high-volume and technical roles to support growth.
• Screen, interview, and coordinate candidate progression through hiring stages.
• Ensure data accuracy in Workday and other recruiting tools.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and deliver a strong candidate experience.
• Participate in TA projects to scale recruiting processes.
