Crusoe is seeking a senior owner to build the next phase of Talent Acquisition operations. You will define the roadmap for recruiting tech stack (Ashby, Metaview), design end-to-end workflows, and implement global programs that scale with growing hiring volume.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in recruiting operations, a track record of cross-functional transformation, and hands-on ATS experience. You’ll partner with Legal, Compliance, and regional teams to expand in new regions while maintaining

Qualifications

• 8+ years in recruiting operations, including TA program management.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Ashby preferred).
• Strong analytical ability: defining metrics, finding root causes, and quantifying ROI.

Responsabilités

• Map the full candidate and hiring lifecycle, surface friction proactively.
• Redesign processes with Lean, Six Sigma, and the 5 Whys.
• Write business cases with ROI and track adoption post-launch.
• Build recruiting processes and tooling that scale for new regions.
