Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition leader to scale a world-class recruiting function for the Digital Infrastructure Group. You will own hiring strategy, build a high-performance team, and drive end-to-end processes that support aggressive growth while maintaining quality and speed.
