Crusoe is seeking a Senior Owner for Talent Acquisition to shape and optimize our recruiting tech stack, design hiring workflows, and lead global TA programs. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and vendors to deliver durable, scalable processes across markets.

The role emphasizes program management, analytics, and change leadership in a fast-growing cloud/AI infrastructure environment. A Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in TA operations or product-like roles are expected.
