Filigran is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for US GTM to lead end-to-end recruitment across the US market. You will partner with Sales and GTM leadership to identify, engage, assess, and close top talent in roles spanning Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Partnerships.

The role emphasizes proactive pipeline development, market intelligence, and trusted advisory with senior stakeholders in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with GTM focus in the US.
• Experience recruiting for Enterprise Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Partnerships, or similar GTM functions.
• Proven direct sourcing and headhunting capabilities for senior and passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US GTM positions.
• Partner with GTM leaders to define hiring needs, target profiles, and interview processes.
• Build pipelines through proactive sourcing, headhunting, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
• Provide evidence-based candidate recommendations and manage multiple searches.
