Job summary

Filigran is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for North America & APJ to own end-to-end GTM recruitment on a fixed-term/RPO basis. You will partner with Sales and GTM leadership to identify, engage, assess, and close top talent across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Partnerships.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in Talent Acquisition, strong direct sourcing and headhunting experience, and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a remote-first

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with GTM focus in the United States
• Experience recruiting Enterprise Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Partnerships, or similar GTM functions
• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capabilities, especially for senior candidates
• Solid understanding of the US technology talent market
• Experience recruiting for B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, enterprise software, or similar environments
• Demonstrated end-to-end recruitment across multiple searches
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders
• Excellent communication and ability to work in a remote-first environment

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for GTM roles in NA & APJ.
• Define hiring needs, target profiles, scorecards, sourcing strategies, and interview processes.
• Build pipelines through proactive sourcing and headhunting.
• Run recruiter screens with evidence-based recommendations.
• Manage multiple searches with high standards for quality and candidate experience.
• Drive candidates through the process and identify blockers or risks.
• Support offer strategy, candidate closing, and acceptance.
