The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – GTM will own US/APJ Go-To-Market hiring, partnering with Sales and GTM leadership to identify, engage, assess, and close top talent across Revenue functions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with GTM exposure in the US.
• Experience recruiting GTM/commercial profiles in the United States.
• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capabilities for senior roles.
• Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruiting analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GTM recruitment for US/APJ regions.
• Partner with GTM leaders to define hiring needs, target profiles, and interview processes.
• Build pipelines of passive talent through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Run structured recruiter screens and provide evidence-based candidate recommendations.
• Manage multiple searches with high standards for candidate experience.
• Support offer strategy and candidate closing.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability and compensation.
