• Built GTM teams from early stages and shaped hiring strategy.
• Designed interview processes, scorecards, and sourcing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle GTM recruiting for US teams (Sales, CS, Solutions Engineering, Partnerships, Marketing).
• Headhunt and build pipeline through network-driven sourcing.
• Advise on hiring plans, sequencing, and prioritization to align with business goals.
