Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive recruiting experience across technical, professional, and leadership roles.
• 4+ years with recruiting technology including ATS, sourcing platforms, and candidate databases.
• 3+ years proactively sourcing passive talent through direct outreach, networks, and referrals.
• 2+ years building pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill positions.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruiting process from intake to offer. Partner with leaders to define candidate profiles and drive the hiring process.
• Proactively identify and engage active and passive candidates through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and AI-enabled sourcing tools.
• Build and maintain pipelines for critical roles and expand reach through partnerships and events.
• Use AI-enabled tools responsibly for sourcing, engagement, and market research while preserving human judgment.
• Serve as a trusted talent partner by sharing labor-market information to guide sourcing options.
• Help tell Harris story by collaborating with Marketing and Communications to promote culture and opportunities.
