Job summary

Harris in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across technical, specialized, professional, and leadership roles. You will build and nurture talent pipelines, engage active and passive candidates, and guide hiring leaders with market insights to make informed decisions.

You'll use AI-enabled sourcing tools responsibly, maintain high-quality data, and collaborate with Marketing and Human Capital to tell the Harris story and strengthen the employee value

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive recruiting experience including full-cycle hiring.
• Experience with recruiting technology and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to source passive talent and build talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruiting process from intake to offer.
• Identify and engage active and passive candidates through direct outreach and networks.
• Build pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools while maintaining human judgment.
• Provide market insights to help hiring leaders.
