L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Talent Acquisition to drive end-to-end recruiting across the organization.

This remote role partners with hiring managers to shape strategy, identify top talent, extend offers, and optimize compensation decisions. You will manage candidate data in our ATS, uphold compliance, and deliver a high-touch experience while acting with integrity and urgency under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 9 years of recruiting experience or graduate degree with 7 years of experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of related experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on recruitment strategy, candidate identification and selection, compensation recommendations, and offers.
• Provide a high-touch experience for candidates and hiring managers through all stages of recruiting.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS with compliance adherence.
• Demonstrate uncompromising ethical standards, integrity and respect.
• Maintain composure under pressure and deadlines.
• Operate with a high sense of urgency and action.
