Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Talent Acquisition to drive full-cycle recruiting for a remote, US-based workforce. You will partner with hiring managers and HRBPs on strategy, candidate identification, offer discussions, and process optimization.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of recruiting or a graduate degree with 7+ years (or 13+ years without a degree). SAP SuccessFactors experience preferred. We offer strong benefits and a flexible work schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 9 years of related experience in full cycle recruiting or a Graduate Degree with 7 years, or 13 years without a degree.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on strategy, candidate sourcing and selection.
• Provide high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience through all stages of recruiting.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and ensure compliance.
• Demonstrate integrity, composure and urgency under deadlines.
