Harris is seeking a Recruiter to manage the full recruiting lifecycle across technical and difficult-to-fill roles in the United States. You will proactively source passive talent, build pipelines, and leverage AI-enabled tools while preserving human judgment to guide hiring leaders in making informed decisions.

You’ll collaborate with Recruiting, Marketing + Communications, and Human Capital to communicate Harris culture and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive recruiting experience.
• 4+ years of experience with recruiting technology and platforms.
• 3+ years proactively sourcing passive talent.
• 2+ years building talent pipelines for recurring or difficult roles.
• Strong consultative and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using labor-market information to guide sourcing.
• Ability to manage high volumes of requisitions with clear communication.
• Comfort using AI-enabled recruiting tools while maintaining human judgment.

Responsabilités

• Own the recruiting process from intake through offer, partnering with hiring leaders to define candidate profiles and drive the process forward.
• Proactively identify active and passive candidates via direct outreach, networking, referrals, and AI-enabled sourcing.
• Build and maintain pipelines for critical, recurring, specialized, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools while ensuring human judgment in candidate evaluation and workflow improvements.
• Advise hiring leaders using labor-market information and candidate feedback to make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Marketing + Communications, and Human Capital to promote Harris culture and employer brand.
