Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive recruiting experience across technical and professional roles.
• 4+ years with recruiting technology including ATS and sourcing platforms.
• 3+ years proactively sourcing passive talent through outreach and networks.
• 2+ years building talent pipelines for recurring or difficult roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from intake to offer.
• Proactively source passive candidates and build pipelines.
• Advise hiring leaders with market data and labor information.
• Use AI-enabled tools responsibly while ensuring human judgment.
