Job summary

This role focuses on delivering a high-touch candidate experience and ensuring compliant ATS data across the recruiting lifecycle.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of full cycle recruiting, or a Graduate Degree with 4+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years’ full cycle recruiting.
• Graduate degree with 4+ years’ recruiting experience.
• In lieu of a degree, 10+ years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HRBP on recruiting strategy, candidate identification and selection, and offer extension.
• Provide efficient and high-touch experience for candidates and hiring managers through all stages of the recruiting lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS with adherence to compliance and talent acquisition processes.
• Demonstrate uncompromising ethical standards, integrity and respect; operate with urgency.
