Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition to partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on recruitment strategy, candidate identification and selection, compensation recommendations, offer extensions and more. Provide high-touch experience for candidates and hiring managers while maintaining accurate data in our ATS with strict compliance.

The role supports remote work with a schedule of 9 out of 14 days (80 hours) and every other Friday off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting with active sourcing.
• Graduate degree or equivalent with 4 years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on recruitment strategy and candidate identification.
• Manage selection, compensation recommendations, offers and closing with high touch experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS with compliance to TA processes.
• Demonstrate ethics, integrity, and resilience; operate with urgency under deadlines.

Education

Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in full-cycle recruiting

Graduate degree with 4+ years experience

10 years experience in lieu of degree
