Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition for a remote opportunity in the United States. The role partners with hiring managers and HR to drive full-cycle recruiting, negotiate offers, and maintain compliant, accurate candidate data in the ATS.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in recruiting or equivalent experience; SAP SuccessFactors experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years in full-cycle recruiting with active sourcing; or a graduate degree with 4 years’ experience; or 10 years with no degree.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and closing skills with ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on all aspects of the talent acquisition process: strategy, candidate identification, selection, offers, and compensation recommendations.
• Provide efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate and hiring manager through all stages of the recruiting lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS with adherence to compliance and TA processes.
• Demonstrate uncompromising ethics, integrity and respect; stay composed under pressure; operate with urgency.

Job Description:

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on all aspects of the talent acquisition process to include recruitment strategy, candidate identification and selection, compensation recommendations, offer extension and more
• Provide efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate and hiring manager through all stages of the recruiting lifecycle
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate data in our Applicant Tracking Systemwith adherence to compliance and talent acquisition processes
• Demonstrate uncompromising ethical standards, integrity and respect
• Maintain composure under pressure and deadlines
• Operate with a high sense of urgency (action-oriented)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience in Full Cycle recruiting with active sourcing or Graduate Degree or equivalent with 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience is required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• Previous experience in agency and/or corporate recruiting
• Progressive knowledge and expertise in sourcing methodologies, candidate assessment/interviewing, selection of talent, and closing strategies (negotiations, etc.)

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $88,000-$164,000. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $76,500-$141,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
