Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Sales Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This remote role is ideal for candidates based in Boston, NYC, or the Bay Area, and involves managing the full lifecycle recruiting process for cybersecurity and SaaS sales roles.

You will identify, attract, prescreen, and negotiate offers while partnering with hiring managers to deliver top talent in a fast-paced environment. Strong sourcing skills and AI-enabled processes are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience recruiting cybersecurity or SaaS sales roles.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean strings.
• Proficient with cloud apps (Workday, Google Drive, Sheets, Excel, Box).

Responsibilities

• Identify new candidates across a broad spectrum of roles.
• Engage passive candidates through sourcing and applications.
• End-to-end recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, prescreening, offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and deliver quality talent.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations and cross-functional teams.
• Leverage channels: LinkedIn, social sites, job boards.
• Own candidate experience with a high-touch approach.
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and guidelines.
• Maintain weekly candidate tracking and reporting.
