Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. seeks a Sr. Sales Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This remote role, ideally based in Boston, NYC, or the Bay Area, leads end-to-end recruiting for cybersecurity and SaaS sales roles with high impact and visibility.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, source actively, prescreen, and negotiate offers while driving an exceptional candidate experience across a fast-paced organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporation.
• Experience supporting Sales roles such as Sales Engineers, Regional Sales Managers, Channel reps.
• Experience in a fast paced, high volume environment, recruiting for Cybersecurity or SaaS sales.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify new candidates across a broad spectrum of roles.
• Engage passive candidates through sourcing and fielding applications.
• Full end to end recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, prescreening, offers.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to discuss needs and requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations to understand business needs.
• Leverage social media, LinkedIn, job boards for channels.
• Manage candidate experience with high-touch, personalized interactions.
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and guidelines.
