Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Sales Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. You will own the full lifecycle recruitment process for sales roles, acting as an advisor to hiring managers and a candidate advocate.

The role is remote, with preference for candidates in major hubs, and reports to the Talent Acquisition team. We value speed, high touch candidate experiences, and collaboration across HR, Finance and Operations to deliver top talent for CrowdStrike's AI-native security

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporation.
• Experience recruiting for Cybersecurity or SaaS sales candidates.
• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches.
• System savvy with cloud apps for documentation and communication.
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel for tracking activity and metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proven use of AI technologies to improve recruiting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify new candidates across a broad spectrum of roles.
• Engage and attract passive candidates through sourcing and applications.
• Full end-to-end recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, prescreening, offers.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to define needs.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations to understand the business.
• Leverage applicant channels including social media and job boards.
• Own candidate experience with a high-touch, personalized approach.
• Adhere to hiring policies, legislation and internal guidelines.
• Maintain weekly candidate tracking and reporting.
