CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Sr. Sales Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team.

This remote role, ideally based in Boston, NYC, or the Bay Area, will own the full lifecycle recruiting for high-impact sales roles in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with hiring managers, source proactively, and manage interviews, prescreening, and offers while delivering a high-touch candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting in agency or corporate.
• Experience recruiting for cybersecurity or SaaS sales roles.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Proficient with cloud-based docs and HR tools (Workday, Google Drive).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience using AI to improve recruiting decision-making and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify new candidates across a broad range of roles.
• Engage passive candidates and manage applications.
• Own full lifecycle recruiting from intake to offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Leverage channels like social media, job boards, and LinkedIn.
• Provide a high-touch candidate experience from first contact onward.
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and guidelines.
• Maintain weekly candidate tracking and reporting.
