CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Sr. Sales Recruiter to join our fast-paced Talent Acquisition team.

You will own end-to-end recruiting for high-visibility Sales roles, partnering with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent across cybersecurity and SaaS solutions. This remote role is ideally based in Boston, NYC, or the Bay Area and offers opportunities to impact a growing, mission-driven company leveraging AI to transform security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in agency or corporate environment.
• Experience recruiting for Cybersecurity or SaaS sales roles is essential.
• Strong sourcing experience, including Boolean search and LinkedIn.
• Proficient with cloud-based tools (Workday, Google Workspace).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience leveraging AI to improve recruiting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage top candidates across a broad range of Sales roles.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment: intakes, sourcing, prescreening, interviews, offers.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain candidate experience with high-touch, personalized engagement.
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and processes.
