CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Sales Recruiter to join our global Talent Acquisition team. This remote role ideal base locations include Boston, NYC, or the Bay Area, focusing on delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences across cybersecurity and SaaS sales roles.

You will lead end-to-end recruiting, partner with hiring managers, and leverage AI tools to accelerate sourcing, prescreening and offers while maintaining a high-touch candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporation.
• Experience recruiting for Sales roles such as Sales Engineers, Regional Sales Managers, Channel reps.
• Strong sourcing experience, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and building Boolean Search strings.
• System savvy; proficient with Google Sheets/Excel and cloud docs for tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Run full lifecycle recruiting from intakes to sourcing, prescreening, and offers.
• Proactively identify new candidates across a broad spectrum of roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to define needs.
• Manage interview processes and weekly candidate tracking and reporting.
• Deliver a high-touch, personalized candidate experience and compliant process.
