Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Sales Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.

This remote role, ideally based in Boston, NYC, or Bay Area, will run full lifecycle recruiting for sales roles including Sales Engineers and Regional Sales Managers. You will partner with hiring managers, source passive candidates, prescreen, interview coordination, and extend offers, delivering exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
Experience supporting Sales roles such as Sales Engineers and Regional Sales Managers.
Experience recruiting for Cybersecurity or SaaS sales roles.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify new candidates across a broad spectrum of roles.
Engage and attract passive candidates through sourcing and fielding applications.
Full end to end recruiting: sourcing, managing the interview process, prescreening, and extending offers.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to deliver quality talent.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations and cross-functional teams.
Leverage channels like social media, LinkedIn, job boards for candidate flow.
Own candidate experience with high-touch, personalized outreach.
Adhere to hiring policies and maintain weekly tracking/reporting.
