Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Sales Recruiter to join our fast-paced Talent Acquisition team. You will own the full lifecycle recruitment for sales-related roles, partnering with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a high-quality, efficient process.

You’ll work in a remote role across the US with visibility and impact in scaling our cybersecurity and SaaS sales capabilities. Excel at sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers while upholding CrowdStrike’s standards and policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporation.
• Experience recruiting for cybersecurity or SaaS sales roles in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings.
• System savvy with cloud apps (Workday, Google Drive, Sheets, Excel, Box) for documentation.
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel for activity tracking; strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage candidates across a broad spectrum of roles.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, prescreening, offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and candidate requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations to support recruitment goals.
• Leverage social media, job boards, and networks to build pipelines.
• Manage candidate experience with a high-touch, personalized process.
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and guidelines.
• Maintain weekly candidate tracking and reporting.
