Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior Principal Talent Acquisition Sourcer to identify and attract top-tier talent for critical, leadership, and specialized roles across Rosendin's national footprint.

This individual contributor role shapes our future by building robust pipelines and enhancing the employer brand. You will leverage advanced sourcing techniques, mentor junior sourcers, and collaborate with senior hiring managers to meet strategic staffing needs while driving ROI through data

Formación

• 10+ years in talent acquisition sourcing with 5+ years strategic sourcing for leadership roles.
• Experience sourcing for construction/engineering or skilled trades within a large enterprise.
• Preferred certifications in talent acquisition (AIRS, LinkedIn Professional-Recruiter).

Responsabilidades

• Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies for executive and leadership roles.
• Conduct market intelligence and talent mapping to inform strategies.
• Mentor junior sourcers and recruiters in advanced sourcing techniques.
• Build pipelines of passive candidates and engage for future needs.
• Partner with senior leaders to align sourcing with business goals.
• Use analytics to measure ROI and optimize sourcing approaches.
