XPENG, a leader in smart mobility, seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full-cycle recruiting in the U.S. Silicon Valley. You will focus on LATAM hiring (Mexico & Brazil) while partnering with senior leaders and ensuring a top-tier candidate experience.

The role is on-site at XPENG’s Santa Clara office five days a week, combining global expansion with strong local execution and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-cycle talent acquisition.
• Strong LATAM experience, esp. Mexico and Brazil.
• Willing to work on-site in Silicon Valley five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment including talent mapping, sourcing, screening, interview orchestration, offers, and closing.
• Partner with business and technical leaders; define hiring scorecards and provide market intelligence.
• Source passive candidates; build pipelines across LATAM and broader regions.
• Support LATAM/global expansion and navigate local hiring practices and compliance.
• Champion a high-touch candidate experience reflecting XPENG’s culture.
