Bentley Systems in Exton, PA is seeking a Technical Recruiter for the Americas to join our team. You will act as a talent advisor, drive proactive recruiting strategies, and build pipelines for software engineers, developers, product managers, and other technical roles.

You will manage full lifecycle recruiting across the US, Canada, Mexico, Chile and Brazil, partnering with hiring managers, leveraging AI-powered tools, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience while meeting KPIs.

Qualificações

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical recruiting in-house or agency.
• Proactively source, engage and nurture technical talent across software roles.
• Experience using AI-powered recruiting tools.
• Strong ability to influence hiring managers and business leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Advise hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies.
• Source, engage and nurture technical talent via LinkedIn, GitHub, events.
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, offers.
• Provide market insights on talent availability and salary benchmarks.
• Build talent pipelines for critical roles to ensure readiness.
• Drive employer brand visibility in the tech community.
• Collaborate with TA team to improve hiring processes and metrics.
• Meet KPIs and track impact.
• Manage relationships with external recruiting partners when needed.
