SPX Technologies is recruiting a senior Recruiter to source, attract, hire, and retain top talent. You will partner with HR leaders to build a robust talent pipeline and promote SPX as a great place to work.

The role requires 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, excellent communication, and strong MS Word/Excel skills. Occasional travel to business locations (<25%) is expected in support of hiring needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full cycle recruiting in professional environment.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and recruiting candidates for professional roles using diverse methods.
• Post positions and review job boards/sites for potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone screens and interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and travel arrangements; manage candidate data.
• Provide offers and maintain candidate communications.
