Job summary

AspenTech, based in Houston, TX, seeks a seasoned Americas Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and develop a cross-regional recruiting team. You will partner with business leaders and HR to build talent pipelines across NA, LATAM, and SA regions within a matrix environment.

This role emphasizes hands-on coaching, data-driven recruiting, and continuous process improvement. The work location follows a 4‑1 hybrid model, with four days in the office and one remote day.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 8+ years of recruitment experience with proven expertise in recruiting solutions, strong operational focus, utilizing data to influence, talent mapping, and direct sourcing.
• Prior leadership experience required. Prior experience in managing geographically dispersed teams highly preferred.
• Strong operational experience in various talent acquisition principles: cost per hire, compa ratio, hiring budgets, geographic hiring strategies, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, providing ongoing guidance, feedback, prioritization support, and development opportunities.
• Manage a small requisition load as needed, serving as a hands-on player-coach who models strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, compensation partnership, mobility support, and pipeline development.
• Partner with senior leaders in the business and colleagues within HR to further enhance and develop our future talent pipelines.
• Cultivate a network of relationships inside and outside the organization, feeding back intelligence and insight to key stakeholders.
• Develop and communicate recommendations to hiring managers based on knowledge of the markets, candidates, and talent strategies.
• Set clear expectations for team performance, stakeholder partnership, candidate experience, and recruiting discipline across the Americas region.
