Bentley Systems is seeking a Technical Recruiter for the Americas region to lead end-to-end recruiting for the US, Canada, Mexico, Chile and Brazil. You will partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and drive proactive strategies to attract top engineers and developers in competitive markets.

Hybrid role in Exton, PA with in-office collaboration twice per week. You will leverage AI-powered tools, network in tech communities, and ensure a superb candidate and hiring manager

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing and closing top software engineers and developers.
• Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and business leaders.
