The role focuses on attracting and hiring top talent across all departments, from Field Leadership to Corporate roles, with a strong emphasis on building high-performing teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced corporate setting, proven KPI results, and proficiency with ATS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on corporate environments is preferred.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruiting software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with hiring managers and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract diverse candidates.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles and maintain candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and set priorities.
• Source candidates through various channels to build a strong pipeline.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with teams.
• Communicate promptly with candidates throughout the process.
• Negotiate offers and assist with onboarding.
