Qualifications

• Ability to travel as needed (~5%).

Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruitment for experienced hires, from kick off calls to offer close, with clear communication among all parties.
• Partner with leaders, resource management and HR to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, and assess top talent, focusing on building diverse candidate pipelines.
• Facilitate interviews and debrief sessions, ensuring alignment with hiring managers.
• Lead the offer process, including negotiation and extension, in partnership with HR and leadership.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure compliance with firm policies and EEO guidelines.
• Build long‑term relationships with candidates, hiring partners, and external sources.
• Represent the firm at networking events and career fairs to strengthen the brand.
• Contribute to recruiting projects such as employment branding and process improvements.
